Positive Materials Identification

QI Services provides Positive Material Identification (PMI) services, providing accurate, non-destructive alloy identification and analysis in seconds.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), also known as Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), is an efficient, cost effective and reliable non-destructive test method for detecting critical flaws in ferromagnetic[i] materials.

Ferrite Testing

Ferrite testing is a fast, inexpensive, and accurate way to measure delta ferrite content in austenitic and duplex stainless steels. Proper ferrite content provides a balance between ductility, toughness, corrosion resistance and crack prevention.

Remote Video Inspection

Remote Video Inspection, is a video survey that remotely inspects the vessel surface with a high resolution video camera.

Hardness Testing

Portable hardness testing provides simple, quick, reliable and economical testing on location. QI Services provides portable testing using the dynamic impact rebound method.

Liquid Penetrant Testing

Penetrant Testing (PT), also known as Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), Dye Penetrant, and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), is a reliable, efficient, and versatile test method for revealing potential flaws that are open to material surfaces.
